This website (the “Menu”) is operated by Shazeeda's Brews & Bites (“we”, “us”, “our”), located at 12–13 Rosignol, West Coast Berbice, Guyana. By viewing the Menu you agree to these terms.

Information only

The Menu is provided for general information about our food and drink offerings. It is not an offer to sell, a contract, or a guarantee that any item is in stock at a given time.

Prices & availability

All items, descriptions, and prices are subject to change without notice and may differ from those shown here. A service charge may apply. In the event of any difference, the price and information displayed or quoted at our premises at the time of ordering shall prevail.

Allergens & dietary information

Please tell a member of our team about any allergies or dietary needs before ordering. Our food is prepared in a kitchen where nuts, dairy, gluten, eggs and other allergens are present, so we cannot guarantee that any item is completely free from traces of these.

Halal

All meat and meat products we use are strictly Halal.

Intellectual property

The name “Shazeeda's Brews & Bites”, our logo, and the content, design and layout of this Menu are owned by us and are protected by the copyright and trademark laws of Guyana. You may share the link to this Menu, but you may not copy, reproduce, or reuse our branding or content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

No warranty & liability

The Menu is provided “as is”. While we take care to keep it accurate and available, we do not warrant that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Menu.

External links

The Menu may link to third-party services (for example Google Maps for directions). We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those external sites.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Co-operative Republic of Guyana, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Guyana.

Privacy Notice

We respect your privacy. This Menu is designed to collect as little information as possible and is intended to comply with the Data Protection Act 2023 of Guyana.

We do not collect personal information

This Menu does not ask you to sign in, fill in any form, or provide your name, contact details or payment information. We do not run advertising or analytics tracking, and we do not use cookies to identify you.

Information stored on your device

To make the Menu load quickly, your browser keeps a copy of the latest menu in its local storage. This stays on your own device, contains no personal data, and can be cleared at any time by clearing your browser data.

Third-party services

The menu content is loaded live from Google Sheets, and our fonts are loaded from Google Fonts (both provided by Google LLC). When your browser requests this content, standard technical information (such as your IP address and device type) may be processed by Google to deliver it. This is governed by Google's Privacy Policy. If you tap “Directions”, Google Maps will open in line with Google's own terms and privacy policy.

We never sell your data

We do not sell, rent, or trade any information about visitors to this Menu.
